At Cartel Gallery, every poster and artwork is checked before shipping. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right.

1. Return window

You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we can no longer accept returns.

2. Return conditions

• The damage must have occurred during shipping, not after delivery or use.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging (tube or protective wrapping intact).
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

3. Digital art

Digital artworks and files are delivered electronically and cannot be "returned". For this reason, digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except in case of a technical defect on our side.

4. wrong item

If you receive a wrong a wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will send you a replacement or refund you, at no extra cost.

5. Return procedure

• Contact us first on WhatsApp before sending anything back.
• Never ship a return before receiving our confirmation and instructions.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund or exchange.

6. Refund method

Since orders are paid cash on delivery, approved refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you provide, generally within a few business days after validation of the return.
